Cancellation & Refund Policy
This policy is published by AlphaNimble Technologies LLP and applies to purchases and service engagements made through this website.
ALPHANIMBLE TECHNOLOGIES LLP believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the order has already been processed or access to the software/service has been activated.

ALPHANIMBLE TECHNOLOGIES LLP does not accept cancellation requests for software subscriptions once the subscription has been activated or access has been granted. Refunds for subscriptions may be considered only within the initial 7-day period from the date of purchase/activation, provided no significant usage has occurred. After this period, subscriptions are non-refundable.

For software products (one-time purchases or licenses), refunds will generally not be provided once the product has been downloaded, licensed, or access has been granted, as these are digital goods. In exceptional cases (e.g., technical issues preventing access or if the product does not function as described), a refund or replacement license may be issued if the issue is reported to our Customer Service team within 7 days of purchase and is verified by our team.

In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them. In case of any Refunds approved by the ALPHANIMBLE TECHNOLOGIES LLP, it'll take 6-8 Days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
