You understand that upon initiating a transaction for availing the Services, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable contract with us. Subscription renewals are automatic unless cancelled before the renewal date as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

You shall be entitled to claim a refund of the payment made by you in case we are not able to provide the Service. All refund claims must be made within the time period specified in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Claims raised after the stipulated period will not be eligible for a refund.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice.

Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms, the parties shall not be liable for any failure to perform an obligation under these Terms if performance is prevented or delayed by a force majeure event including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or internet outages.

These Terms and any dispute or claim relating to it, or its enforceability, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
